Mission Minded

Last Saturday marked the conclusion of our 2025 VBS program. During three intentional evenings, dozens of dedicated volunteers poured God’s love into the lives of a record-shattering number of children. It was busy, crazy, beautiful, messy, exhausting, and wonderful! The inevitable question that comes on the heels of such a ministerial undertaking is “What’s next?” What is the next big program or the next big milestone? What can we do to build upon that success and make it even better? What next steps can we take to reach into the world around us to be the hands and feet of Christ in our community? Those questions are often both frightening and exciting as we consider what God can do through our partnership together. To be frank, God has amazing plans for each of us individually and all of us together at HWWC! Will this require sacrifice? Of course! Time and again, God has proven faithful to take the offering of a sincere servant and multiply it miraculously to fulfill His perfect plan, especially when that sacrifice is challenging. God wants you to engage in mission-minded ministry mobilization today! His plan for your life involves you intentionally investing your energy in building His kingdom. Will there be difficult moments? Yes, and God continues to be faithful in using those challenges to prove His sustaining power, grow you as a disciple, and build something that will BLOW YOUR MIND!
