“But whoever lives by the truth comes into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done in the sight of God.” - John 3:21 NIV

John 3:21, declares that those who live by the truth come into the light, so that it may be seen plainly that what they have done has been done through God. This verse remind us of the powerful choice each Christian faces daily: to walk out of darkness and step into the light of Christ.

Living in the light is not about being perfect, but about being honest before God and choosing to reflect His goodness. Every day brings opportunities to shine by speaking kindly when it’s easier to be harsh, forgiving when it feels impossible, or serving when no one else is watching.

As followers of Christ, we are called to be “children of light” (Ephesians 5:8). The more we pursue Him daily through prayer, Scripture, and obedience the brighter His light shines through us. And that light not only transforms us but draws others to Christ.

So today, step boldly into the light. Let your life show the world that Jesus is at work in you. His light is not just shining on you it is shining through you!
