This life is filled with the complexities of traversing a chaotic landscape, that is filled with challenges and triumphs that the outcome, good or not, depends solely on our next decision. We make decisions based on our own knowledge or our experiences. But how many times have we seemingly done the right thing and seemingly made the right decision, only to find that all our efforts were futile?

But there is hope to the struggles and failures of this life and that Hope is Jesus Christ. Proverbs 3:5-6: "Trust in the Lord with all your heart; do not depend on your own understanding. Seek his will in all you do, and he will show you which path to take."

When we seek God first in all that we do, and trust in Him, no matter what the outcome, it will be for His Glory and our fulfilling of the ministry that we have been called to. In other words, no matter what, “It’ll all be all right”.

This is the freedom and empowerment of living a Christ filled life. Proverbs 18:24 One who has unreliable friends soon comes to ruin, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother. We indeed have a friend that is closer than a brother, His name is Jesus Christ.

We can place our trust in friends, money, family, careers, fellow Christians and leadership, but they all will fail us; there is but one that is faithful to the end. His name is Jesus Christ. We have this living hope as described in 1st Peter 1:3 Praise be to the God and Father of our Lord Jesus Christ! In his great mercy he has given us new birth into a living hope through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead,

This is not a hope that begins when this life ends, yet it is the living hope of every child of God. It was real on the day that we accepted Jesus as our Savior. This hope is alive and real this very moment that you are reading this. This living hope will be alive in all sufficient power to overcome every opportunity in this life and into eternity, as we realize our total redemption 1Corinthians 15:55 and 57 “O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.”

Jesus Christ gives this “Living Hope” freely, to all that are called, Rest in His Hope, Know His Joy and to God be the Glory for it all. Jesus is our Hope, Help and Healing!
