Royal Rangers is a MENtoring, Christ-centered, activity-based scouting program for young men. The mission of Royal Rangers intersects with that of the Church, by Matthew 28:18-20 (HCSB),

“Then Jesus came near and said to them, ‘All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth. Go, therefore, and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe everything I have commanded you. And remember, I am with you always, to the end of the age.'”

MENtoring is a “hear-see-do-teach” concept in Rangers. Not just in our class time, but also in how your young men see the Commanders in daily life. Commanders and Rangers live by the Ranger Pledge; “With God’s help, I will do my best to server God, my church, and my fellowman; to live by the Ranger Code; to make the Golden Rule my daily rule.” If we are living as Christ to the best of our abilities, Commanders provide an ideal MENtorship and example to the young men of the church. The Vision of Royal Rangers ties to the Mission.  We, the Commanders, hope to instill Biblical application to the lives of your young men.  Ultimately that they are energized in giving their lives to Christ.

The Mission of the Royal Rangers is to Evangelize, Equip, and Empower your young men to be the next leaders of Christ’s church.

EVANGELIZE – We will reach the world with the Gospel of Jesus Christ by bringing together a community of men and boys who will connect with others through a variety of activities guys commonly enjoy.

EQUIP – We will train and resource our adult and junior leaders to effectively apply knowledge from the Royal Rangers program within their areas of responsibility.

EMPOWER – We will provide opportunities for men and boys to improve their churches and communities through the practice of servant leadership.
