Praise Dance Team

HWWC Dance Team Ministry is designed to usher in the presence of God through dance, to uplift the body of Christ through movement and encourage others to do the same.  We are a ministry that desires to bring honor and glory to God through movement and interpretive expression.  While performing for the church is the avenue by which we present our gifts and talents to the Lord, our ultimate goal is to perform to the audience of One.  In the spirit of excellence and honor we work together as a cohesive team on interpretation of music, movement to coincide with that interpretation and the ending result of a performance worthy of the praise and honor that we desire to give God.  In order to be a part of the ministry you must have a willing heart to worship our Creator, an able body to perform dance movements in succession for a sustained period of time, and the ability to be committed to prayer, practice and perfection. Psalms 149:3 – Let them praise his name in the dance: let them sing praises unto him with the timbrel and harp.
