Fasting Types

Full Fast

Drink only liquids (you establish the number of days)

The Daniel Fast

Eat no meat, no sweets, and no bread. Drink only water and juice. Eat fruits and vegetables.

Three Day Fast

This fast can be a Full Fast, Daniel Fast or give up at least one item of food.

Partial Fast

A partial fast is from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm or from sun up to sundown.

Customized Fast

If you have health-related concerns and issues you may choose to set certain other things aside for a period, such as Social Media, Internet, TV, Sweets only, etc. The point of fasting is to set time aside to be with the Lord and draw near to Him.
